Silvia Swigert

I was certified Open Water PADI in August 2004, Advanced in October 2004, and NAUI Rescue Diver in 2019. I have lived in Orange County for 34 years, originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. I am a retired  Educational Researcher. I joined the dive club right after certification in 2004 and enjoy kelp diving, international travel, and learning about conservation efforts to protect the planet’s reefs and fish populations.
